• What are the credits?

  FlowHunt handles various tasks, including calls to differently priced AI models. To save you the hassle of calculating the costs individually, we use the easy-to-understand credits. Each credit is worth about one dollar, making expense tracking a breeze.

• What are the workflow interactions?

  A workflow interaction happens every time you send a chat message or run an automation Flow. One workflow interaction can cost anything from a fraction of a credit up to multiple credits. It all depends on the complexity of the Flows you use.

• What payment methods do you accept?

  Our checkout is powered by Stripe, which supports a wide array of payment methods from major credit card companies to small digital wallet providers. For more information, find out if Stripe supports your preferred payment method.

• Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?

  Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan anytime from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

• What happens if I don’t use all my credits?

  Credits reset each billing period and don't carry over to the next cycle. For example, if you have 10 credits and only use 5, you'll still have 10 credits when the next billing period starts.

• What happens if I run out of credits?

  Need more credits? No worries! You can easily add more credits anytime with one of our additional credit packs. If you need more credits regularly, consider upgrading to a plan that better fits your needs.
